Stinking Thinking

Galatians 6:2-3English Standard Version (ESV)

Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ. For if anyone thinks he is something, when he is nothing, he deceives himself.

Sometimes my thinking stinks.  I think too much of myself,  I over think things and I forget about others.  I am clearly warned in this passage of scripture to take heed of my stinking thinking.  Burdens need bearing, the gospel needs sharing and I need to be more caring.  It’s not about me and I am nothing without Christ.  So how do I stop my thinking from stinking?  Paul is quite clear in his warning letter written in this chapter of Galatians.  I am to bear one another’s burdens, I am to do good to all men, and I am not supposed to boast in myself, but only in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ.
