Have you ever tried to get away with something? We don’t like it when we get caught doing something we should not have done. The Bible is clear about how to get away with giving thanks and praising God. In Psalm 100: 4-5 it says Be thankful unto Him, and bless His name. For the Lord is good; His mercy is everlasting and His truth endureth to all generations. This is actually something we SHOULD be caught doing as believers. We should not be ashamed of the goodness of God. We must acknowledge all of us has something to be thankful for . We can start simply by saying God is good. Can you think of just how good God has been to you today? Has anyone ever caught you in the act of giving thanks to God?
