Set The Table

proverbs-9_6

Preparation is key.  I’ve learned this lesson before  in school, on my job and in my home life. It’s not a new idea.  The Bible reminds me of this over and over. Being prepared requires insight. In Proverbs chapter 9  it says wisdom sets the table.  When the table is set I know things are ready. I can eat and live wiser with a prepared table.  So today I will be intentional and prepare.  I will live wiser by being prepared for what’s next.  For me that might just mean preparing my next meal, preparing for a meeting, preparing for my piano lesson.  For some it could mean preparing for a job interview, preparing to save more money or buy a home,  preparing to change careers, or change an exercise routine.  I encourage you to set the table and be prepared!  How are you preparing for what’s next for you? I’d like to know your thoughts on being prepared.

My thoughts! I agree. Preparing is the first step towards accomplishing a goal. To prepare for the week, month or year, what do we do? We mark our calender’s to reminds us, and helps us to stay on course with the reality of order. Preparing for what is to come. The Bible prepares us for Eternal life!

Prepare your work outside; get everything ready for yourself in the field, and after that build your house.Proverbs 24:27 ESV

Therefore you also must be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect.
Matthew 24:44 ESV

Preparing is a life tactic. Girl set the table it’s time to eat! Lol ❤ 🙂
