It’s Good Friday! I’m still meditating on the Lord Jesus and celebrating the death, burial and resurrection through song. This song by Richard Smallwood called Calvary says it all for me. We used to sing it in my church when I was growing up with our choir. The words always got to me. It was always slow, moving and powerful. Take a few minutes to listen to the words and reflect on this: surely Jesus died on Calvary. He did it all just for you and me. Now that’s a good reason to celebrate this Good Friday.
