Today’s two words on relationship with God are : JESUS KNOWS
As I reflect on holy week and the suffering of our Lord Jesus through songs shared this week, I am reminded in scripture that Jesus is the only God. I read John 13 and found much delight in the gospel. I don’t understand everything, I don’t know everything. I am a disciple who is learning, growing & stretching in faith and love. Jesus is all-knowing and loves me despite all my shortcomings, failures, mistakes and disappointments. The real good news is Jesus knows it all and loves me still. Know this today, you too are loved. As the song lyrics say, when Jesus went to Calvary, to save a wretch like you and me, that’s love.
John 13:1 ESV says Now before the Feast of the Passover, when Jesus knew that his hour had come to depart of this world to the Father, having loved his own who were in the world, he loved them to the end.
Prayer: Thank you Lord for your unselfish love and for your knowledge that is indescribable. Thank you for loving me just as I am.
