Today’s two words are WRESTLE NOT
Did you know wrestling was a combat sport? Wrestling requires full strength and use of your whole body. It can wear you out with all the grappling throws, pins, and takedowns. Lately I’ve been wrestling with my computer. Sometimes it’s working and sometimes it’s not. It’s not cooperating and I’m getting tired. I was encouraged when I read these words in the Bible. I told myself don’t wrestle physically or spiritually. The Bible says to be strong in the Lord in the book of Ephesians. Put on the whole armor of God so that you may stand against the evil one, not wrestle against the evil one or the computer which can appear evil sometimes. Excuse me for digressing. In other words cover up and protect yourself with the Lord’s strength. I was encouraged by Ephesians 6:10-18 (NKJV) especially verse 12: For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. What are you wrestling with today? Be encouraged and check your armor for proper coverage.
